- Maintain and improve master data governance processes, standards, and controls.
- Perform data quality analysis, monitoring, and corrective actions to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Support master data creation, maintenance, validation, and lifecycle management activities.
- Identify data quality issues and collaborate with stakeholders to implement preventive and corrective solutions.
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation.
- Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of MDM workflows and tools .
- Participate in system enhancement projects and process transformation initiatives.
- Collect, transform, and analyse data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Monitor key master data KPIs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support data visualization and reporting improvements using available analytics platforms.
- Partner with business functions including Merchandising, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, and Operations to understand data requirements.
- Utilize data management and analytics tools such as SAP, SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, or similar platforms to support data initiatives.
- Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new technologies that enhance master data capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in data analysis, master data management, business
- process, or ERP-related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Understanding of data governance, master data management, and business process concepts.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, SAP preferred and scripting tools such as Google Apps Script, VBA, Python, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience with SQL, Excel, and Power BI/Tableau is an advantage; Python or other scripting tools are a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
