Job Description:
Support the Marketing Manager in new product development and innovation.
Support integrated marketing campaign planning and execution.
Support internal and external consumer research projects.
Lead BTL campaigns and brand activation projects.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance.
Lead digital content activities related to marketing campaigns.
Contribute creative ideas and insights to support the development of effective marketing campaigns.
Conduct ongoing research on consumer and market trends to ensure marketing strategies remain relevant and competitive.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in any major.
Technical Competency: familiar with market research analysis.
Language Competency: English proficiency is MUST.
Experience: minimum 3 years experience in Marketing/Brand fields in well known FMCG company or Research Agency.
High computer literacy : PowerPoint, Words and advance skill in Excel.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
Placement: Pluit, Penjaringan, North Jakarta.
