About the role
Responsible for leading, managing, and controlling all activities in electronic system and embedded system development, including hardware, firmware, and system integration. This position ensures that embedded system design, development, testing, and implementation are carried out in accordance with technical specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and business and customer requirements.
Key responsibilities
Lead and manage the Electronic & Embedded System Engineer team
Develop embedded system architecture (hardware, firmware, and interface)
Oversee schematic design, PCB layout, and electronic component selection
Direct firmware development (MCU, SoC, RTOS, bare metal)
Ensure optimal hardware–firmware–software integration
Control prototyping, debugging, and system validation processes
Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety, and regulations
Prepare and review technical documentation (design documents, test reports, BOM)
Coordinate with QA team for testing and product quality improvement
Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies
About you
Minimum S1 degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years experience as Lead Engineer / Supervisor / Section Head
Technical leadership capability
Problem solving and decision making skills
Project and risk management experience
Communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Embedded system architecture knowledge
Electronic circuit design and analysis expertise
Microcontroller and SoC programming proficiency
RTOS and low-level firmware development experience
