We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Staff to support our daily barge operations, documentation, reporting, and coordination with the Domestic Team.
Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily shipment and barge operation reports.
Prepare and organize operational and shipment documentation.
Monitor checker activities and attendance at loading/unloading locations.
Maintain and file all barge invoices and SKAB (Surat Keterangan Asal Barang) documents.
Regularly update and submit barge status and operational reports to the Domestic Team.
Coordinate with internal teams and relevant parties to ensure smooth barge operations.
Ensure all operational documents and reports are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
Requirements
Minimum D3/S1 in Logistics, Shipping Management, Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, shipping, or administration is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in coal, mining, or barge operations is an advantage.
Good administrative, reporting, and documentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documents and tasks.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Willing to work with operational teams and follow field requirements.
