About the role
Designing, implementing, and optimizing an integrated operational system through process governance of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001/14001/45001) and implementation TPM pillars that aims to create safe & health working environment, sustainable environment, product quality that exceeds customer expectations, process efficiency, and business sustainability.
Key responsibilities
Planning and building a tiered KPI system and visual management for safety, environment, quality, delivery, cost, people, and sustainability
Planning and defining process requirements, routings, and capacity models
Planning project prioritization based on risk-based approach, business impact analysis, business needs & objectives
Planning data capture (SPC, OEE, uptime, downtime classification, on time in full (OTIF)) and traceability via MES/SCADA and ERP
Planning and developing training requirements, certification for competency development related to manufacturing excellence program, in collaboration with related department on training & people development
Facilitating discussion with top management in defining the organization context, business objectives, operational footprint for the short-, mid-, and long-term plan
Developing and facilitating strategy deployment and tiered KPI alignment across departments covering safety, environment, quality, delivery, cost, people, sustainability, and business goals/needs
Leading the waste elimination initiative to achieve business goals, in collaboration with related departments
Leading design of experiment (DOE)/structured experiments to optimize cycle time, yield, energy, process stability, reduce variability and waste
Coordinating with related departments to have routine review and monitor KPIs: FPY, scrap/rework, capability indices, cycle and changeover time, OEE, deviation rate, audit nonconformities, AM compliance, energy per unit, ergonomic risk scores, environment compliance
About you
Minimum education S1 or equivalent (Industrial/Mechanical/Electric/Chemical Engineering)
Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Process/Manufacturing/ME Engineer in the manufacturing industry
Trained in green belt or preferable black belt in six sigma
Experienced in minimum 5 continuous improvement projects
Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards
Autonomous Maintenance Concept knowledge
Total Productive Maintenance Knowledge
Auditing technique
Data analysis capability
