Merchant Operations Specalist - Mandarin Speaker

Responsibilities

• Review merchant onboarding documents and qualifications

• Ensure merchant information meets internal business and compliance requirements

• Manage daily merchant operations and merchant relationships

• Support merchant campaigns, vouchers and promotional activities

• Monitor merchant business performance and identify opportunities for improvement

• Collect merchant and internal operational feedback

• Identify system and process improvement opportunities

• Translate business problems into clear product requirements

• Work closely with China-based Product and Development teams

• Participate in requirement discussions and solution reviews

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Validate and support the rollout of new system features in Indonesia

• Train Customer Service teams on business rules, merchant operations and new product features

• Maintain and improve CS SOPs and knowledge materials

• Provide Level 2 support for complex merchant and user issues

• Analyze operational or system-related cases and coordinate with relevant teams until resolution

• Communicate merchant and Indonesia market requirements clearly to China-based teams

Mandatory Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese

• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia

• Able to communicate professionally in Mandarin during meetings and daily work

• Minimum 1—3 years of experience in Merchant Operations, Account Management, Seller Operations, Local Services, E-commerce or related roles

• Experience working directly with merchants or business partners;

• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills

• Strong execution and follow-up capability

• Comfortable managing multiple operational tasks simultaneously

• Basic data analysis skills.
