About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager to join our healthcare consulting team in West Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality consulting services to our healthcare clients. As Assistant Manager, you will bridge operational management with client-facing advisory work, ensuring projects are executed efficiently whilst maintaining our high standards of service delivery. Key responsibilities

• Support the management and coordination of healthcare consulting projects from initiation through completion

• Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met

• Collaborate with senior consultants and clients to gather requirements and develop tailored healthcare solutions

• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders and senior management

• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal preparation and client relationship management

• Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure professional development

• Conduct research and analysis on healthcare trends, regulatory requirements and industry best practices

• Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations

• Manage administrative and operational tasks to support efficient team functioning

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, public health or a related field

• 3-5 years of professional experience in healthcare consulting, project management or healthcare operations

• Proven experience in project coordination and management with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong understanding of the healthcare sector, including regulatory frameworks and industry challenges

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

• Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

• Fluency in Indonesian and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous

• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites as required
