Sales & Service Engineer (Jakarta)

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell all assigned product lines to achieve sales targets.

• Promote and sell complementary buy-in products as part of the principal product line offering.

• Conduct regular customer visits and provide professional sales support and services within the assigned territory.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while identifying new business opportunities.

• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports covering sales performance, customer feedback, market trends, and relevant market developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Previous experience in sales is an advantage.

• Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle and hold a valid driving license.

• Willingness to travel out of town as required.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
