We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our ANZ & Domestic Voice Account. The role involves assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and service requests while providing professional and efficient support through phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with account, product, billing, or service-related concerns.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions based on company procedures.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Verify customer information and update records when necessary.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Follow company policies, security procedures, and quality standards.
- Meet required customer service, quality, productivity, and attendance metrics.
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate, depending on account requirements.
- With or without BPO experience may be considered.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Customer-service oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate and willing to learn new systems.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Willing to work on-site.
