Key Responsibilities
Ensure legal, regulatory, and environmental permit compliance between PT. IMIP (industrial zone owner) and PT. XRAI across national, provincial, district, and IMIP area levels.
Serve as the main liaison and coordinator for environmental programs that must be fulfilled by PT. XRAI.
Formulate, monitor, and evaluate daily, weekly, monthly, and semesterly environmental programs to ensure smooth operation in full compliance with government regulations and industrial zone guidelines.
Oversee the proper management, storage, and transport of Hazardous and Toxic Waste (B3) in accordance with national, regional, and IMIP regulations.
Cooperate with PT. IMIP to ensure all joint environmental action plans are executed effectively.
Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, bi-annual, and annual environmental monitoring/assessment tasks, ensuring all monitoring results strictly meet government and industrial zone standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in environmental management.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, In-depth knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations (AMDAL, UKL-UPL, RKL-RPL, and SIMPEL reporting), Familiarity with ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001, Practical understanding of Hazardous Waste (B3) management, WWTP operation, and environmental monitoring.
Certified in POPAL, PPLB3, or AK3 Umum is a strong advantage.
Health: Physically healthy (limbs fully intact) with normal vision.
