In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. With cash the lifeblood of every company, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.
Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in the Loan Agency Sales & Solutioning portfolio
  
• Provide expert advisory and solutioning to clients on complex transaction banking products and services
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that address client needs
  
• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand the client base and deepen existing relationships
  
• Analyze market trends and client feedback to enhance product offerings and improve service delivery
  
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative transaction banking solutions
  
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the transaction banking or financial services industry
  
• Strong understanding of the transaction banking landscape, including products, services, and industry trends
  
• Proven track record of successful client engagement, relationship management, and solution delivery
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and cross-functional teams
  
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  
• Proficiency in using relevant technology and data analysis tools
