Job Descriptions:
Lead and supervise product development cycles from concept to launch, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality and cost efficiency.
Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and sales team to align product strategy with market needs and company vision.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, analyse competitors, and pinpoint trends for innovation.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets while managing resources effectively.
Ensure all products, labels, and formulations comply with Malaysia and overseas regulations.
Liaise with legal and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Drive product innovation, enhancement, and diversification to meet customer expectations and market trends.
Lead overseas team on product development and quality control process.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Business, Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in product development, innovation, or lifecycle management
Proven experience managing end-to-end product development, from concept ideation and research to launch and post-launch optimization.
Experience conducting market research, consumer insights analysis, and trend forecasting to identify new product opportunities.
Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements, quality standards, and compliance related to wellness or health products.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, marketing, supply chain, quality assurance, and external partners or manufacturers.
