About The Company:
The working venue is in Japan.
Our client is a Japanese Hotel Company. Currently, they are looking for International Guest Relations / Guest Services Associate.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide service and support to international guests
Support front desk, reservation, and guest services operations
Communicate with guests and hotel staff using Japanese, English, and other languages
Respond to guest inquiries and requests
Managing hotel and facilities
Reporting to management
Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree Prefer in Tourism, Hospitality, Languages, International Relations, Business Administration, and Communication major
Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level or equivalent and More than high conversational level English
Having experience of customer support, guest relation will be plus
Communication skills, customer service skills, and teamwork skills
