About the role
Lead and oversee procurement activities for medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, services, and other hospital requirements. Manage vendor selection, evaluation, negotiation, tendering processes, and contract management. Develop procurement strategies to achieve cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee procurement activities for medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, services, and other hospital requirements
- Manage vendor selection, evaluation, negotiation, tendering processes, and contract management
- Ensure procurement processes comply with applicable regulations and company policies
- Monitor purchasing activities, costs, delivery performance, and supplier quality
- Develop procurement strategies to achieve cost efficiency and operational effectiveness
- Lead the procurement team and collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the procurement process
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the healthcare or hospital sector
- Strong expertise in vendor management, tendering processes, contract negotiation, and cost control
- Deep understanding of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare procurement regulations
- Deep knowledge of LKPP (Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah) and government procurement regulations, including e-Catalogue, e-Purchasing, and SPSE
- Certification in Procurement of Goods and Services is required/preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement/ERP systems
- High integrity, detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
