CHACHA is a brand-new, authentic Japanese tea stand and cafe opening in the vibrant areas of Canggu and Pererenan, Bali. 

We are passionate about sharing the true culture of Japanese tea, focusing on high-quality tea leaves, specialized brewing methods, water quality, and traditional tea utensils. 

We are looking for a highly motivated, sociable, and professional team to build a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

【Key Responsibilities】

・Welcome guests with high energy and excellent hospitality.

・Explain the menu, tea varieties, and brewing concepts to international customers in fluent English.

・Prepare and serve Japanese tea with care (Comprehensive training on traditional brewing methods will be provided).

・Maintain the cleanliness and beautiful aesthetic of the cafe.

【Requirements】

・Language: Fluent in spoken English. (Ability to comfortably converse with international tourists and expats is a MUST).

・Personality: Highly sociable, outgoing, and communicative. You love talking to people.

・Mindset: Serious, punctual, and professional. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with the brand, not just looking for a casual gig.

・Interest: Eager to learn about Japanese culture and tea brewing techniques.

・Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or F&B is highly preferred.
