Requirement :
* Min. Bachelor degree
* Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Indonesia)
* Proficient in MS OFFICE (EXCEL,WORD,OUTLOOK)
* Good attitude, attention to detail and accuracy, communicative
* Able to work well in both team and individually
* Experience in freight forwarding is a plus
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Description :
* Acknowledge and process customer bookings.
* Coordinate shipment schedules with carriers and operations.
* Provide status updates and proactive communication on shipments.
* Handle customer complaints and problem resolution.
