About the role
Ensuring that the company's operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and the legislation. Ensuring the implementation of consumer protection principles throughout the entire business process.
Key responsibilities
Compliance Monitoring, conducting periodic testing, preparing a compliance gap analysis
Review the SOPs to ensure they comply with the latest regulations
Providing advisory services to business units regarding the implementation of compliance and consumer protection provisions
Training & Awareness, organizing training and do socialization session related to compliance and consumer protection
About you
Bachelor's degree in law, and has minimum 3 years of experience in related fields
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and consumer protection principles
Experience in financial services, compliance monitoring, SOP review, and experience monitoring consumer protection issues
Having good knowledge of applicable regulations in BNPL industry
