Chief Financial Officer

About the role

We are seeking a high-calibre Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy for a multisector business group. The CFO will act as a strategic Business Partner to the Board to manage a portfolio of high-cash-flow businesses (Retail, F&B, Hospitality, Banking) alongside capital-intensive operations (Property Development), secure expansive funding structures, and ensure transparent financial governance.

Key responsibilities

• Capital Raising & Strategic Networking: Secure large-scale bank loans, bonds, and project finance through broad access to syndicated banking, private equity, and financial institutions.

• 3 Horizon Strategic Planning: Optimize daily cash flow & working capital (F&B/Retail), restructure debt & optimize capital structure efficiency, and prepare expansion portfolio, asset allocation, and IPO/exit strategies.

• Executive Reporting & Governance: Present accurate and timely multisector financial statement consolidation, and prepare sharp Executive Summaries on unit economics, cash runway, IRR/ROI, and risk analysis for the Board & Commissioners.

About you

• Specific Banking / Financing Experience (Required): Proven track record in Banking industry (Corporate/Syndicated Banking), Investment Banking, Financial Institution, or Commercial Financing. Possess network and direct access to institutional funding ecosystem.

• Financial Leadership Experience: Minimum 10+ years in senior financial management level (CFO / VP Finance), preferably from Holding / Multisector Conglomerate (Retail/F&B/Property).

• Financial Modeling Expertise: Able to manage cash flow mismatch between high-speed daily operations and long-term capital commitments of property projects.

• Boardroom Presence: Strong leadership, strategic business communication, and ability to collaborate closely with CEO & Board of Commissioners.
