Qualifications
- English is a must
- Hardworking
- Have experience 1 year minimum
- Minimun Education Vocational High School
Barista:
- Basic knowledge of coffee types and brewing methods
- Ability to operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
- Customer service skills and a friendly attitude
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
Cooking Staff:
- Knowledge Culinary (Especialy Vietnamese & Western Food)
- Basic food preparation (cutting, chopping, marinating, etc.)
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment (stove, oven, fryer, grill)
- Ability to follow recipes and plating instructions
- Understanding of portion control and presentation
- Basic knife skills and cooking techniques (boiling, sautéing, grilling)
