PRODUCTION WORKSHOP MANAGER (Office Interior/Fit Out)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate majoring in Interior Design & Furniture Technology, Building/Wood Construction, or Building Modeling & Information Design (DPIB/Drafter).

• Proficient in English (Spoken, Written, and Read) is a Plus but not Mandatory.

• Minimum 8–10 years of solid working experience in the interior fit-out or custom joinery industry.

• Proven portfolio in managing the fabrication and deployment of high-end corporate office fit-outs, modular workstations, and commercial-grade loose furniture.

• Comprehensive knowledge of wood-processing and furniture manufacturing machinery (e.g., CNC routers, edge-banding machines, panel saws, and industrial spray booths).

• Deep understanding of commercial office materials, including plywood, HPL, veneers, acoustic panels, glass, metal framing, and premium finishes (PU, Duco, Melamic).

• Exceptional ability to interpret complex AutoCAD layouts, SketchUp, and structural details to generate precise cutting lists (surat perintah potong/kerja) for the production team.

• Proven skills in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC), capacity management, material estimation, and waste minimization to maintain project profitability.

• Strong competency in synchronizing workshop production schedules with on-site project management timelines, ensuring seamless delivery and compliance with office high-rise building regulations.

• Capable of fulfilling job responsibilities and ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.

• Possession of a valid SIM A and/or SIM C (driver's licenses) is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Production: Plan and manage the daily workshop workflow (cutting, assembly, finishing) to meet tight project deadlines.

• Technical Breakdown: Convert AutoCAD designs into accurate cutting lists (surat perintah potong/kerja).

• Quality Control: Enforce strict QA/QC to ensure zero-defect production before items leave for the site.

• Logistics & Coordination: Sync workshop schedules with on-site Project Managers for seamless delivery to high-rise office towers.

• Team & Safety: Lead workshop teams (carpenters, operators, finishers) and strictly enforce K3/HSE safety rules.
