Architect

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing and managing high-end villa and office projects from concept to execution, ensuring that architectural integrity and luxury standards are met.

The ideal candidate is skilled in technical drawing, 3D visualization, material selection, and construction detailing, with a strong ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and refine architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

2. Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations to support design presentations.

3. Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.

4. Conduct site visits and construction oversight to ensure design implementation aligns with project specifications.

5. Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, regulations, and high-end industry standards.

6. Provide input on construction methodologies, detailing, and material selections for luxury developments.

7. Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and interior designers to ensure seamless project execution.

8. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications, cost estimates, and contract documents.

9. Stay informed about luxury design trends, sustainable materials, and cutting-edge architectural technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree preferred but not required).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design

• Strong technical drawing skills and ability to interpret and produce detailed construction documents.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software (Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar).

• Expertise in architectural detailing, materials, and finishes specific to high-end developments.

• Excellent understanding of local building codes and construction standards.

• Strong conceptual thinking and design creativity, with the ability to merge functionality and aesthetics.

• Experience coordinating with MEP, structural, and interior design teams.

• Ability to work independently and lead project tasks, while collaborating effectively with the team.

• Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD is a plus but not mandatory.
