About the Company
We are a growing retail/wholesale company committed to delivering quality products and excellent customer service. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance team and support our daily accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Support external audits and tax filings.
Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate journal entries.
Work closely with internal departments to improve financial processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (retail industry experience is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
English speaking.
