  4. Monitor shipment schedule and ensure timely delivery

  5. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships

  6. Handle inquiries, issues, and complaints professionally

  7. Ensure all processes comply with company procedures and regulations

  8. Provide regular updates on shipment status to customers
