Production Engineer & QC SPV ~ Asst. Manager - Automobiles (B-133342)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Pasuruan, Surabaya.

• Our client is a Automobiles (Agriculture Machinery) Company. Currently, they are looking for Production Engineer & QC SPV/Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement production processes for press, welding, machining, and assembly.

• Understand press and welding drawings and technical specifications.

• Adjust welding jigs and fixtures on the production floor.

• Design welding jigs and fixtures, including experience with 3D-CAD.

• Supervise and manage a team of 3 subordinates.

• Understand and promote the ISO quality management system within the manufacturing operations.

• Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout production processes.

• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Able to work in Surabaya (preferably candidates who are currently living in Surabaya).

• Minimum 10 years of work experience in a metal press and welding company.

• Ability to understand press and welding drawings.

• Technical skills in adjusting welding jigs and fixtures on site.

• Experience in designing welding jigs and fixtures.

• Experience with 3D-CAD.

• Understanding of and ability to promote the ISO quality management system.
