About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Finance Operations Lead to support a U.S.-based financial services team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong operations background who also understands financial services and is comfortable taking ownership of processes, coordinating a team, and reporting directly to leadership.

The right person will learn the company's existing processes, help ensure they are followed consistently, and support the training and day-to-day coordination of advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and manage the company's internal financial and operational processes.
• Coordinate workflows and ensure tasks and follow-ups are completed accurately and on time.
• Support the onboarding and training of advisors on established processes and procedures.
• Monitor team performance, identify issues, and communicate updates directly to leadership.
• Maintain organized documentation, reporting, and operational records.
• Help improve workflows and create more efficient processes when needed.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact between leadership and the advisor team.
• Take ownership of operational issues and ensure they are followed through to resolution.

Requirements

• Previous experience in operations within financial services, lending, banking, wealth management, mortgage, fintech, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and process management.
• Experience leading, coordinating, training, or supporting a team.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable learning new processes and systems quickly.
• Experience working with U.S.-based companies or teams is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1, C2) REQUIRED

Compensation:

$1,200 - $1400 (Based on experience)
