In-House Video Editor — Full Time (Remote)

We’re looking for a full-time Video Editor who’s passionate about storytelling, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a strong creative flow while meeting deadlines.

This is a remote position, but candidates should be based in the Jabodetabek area and available to join occasional offline meetings or production shoots when needed.

Responsibilities

• Edit commercial, corporate, and social media videos, primarily using Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Use Adobe After Effects for basic supporting tasks, such as adjusting existing motion graphic assets or templates.

• Collaborate with directors, producers, and the creative team to bring concepts to life.

• Handle basic post-production, including sound sync, color correction, transitions, and finishing.

• Maintain consistent visual quality, pacing, and storytelling across projects.

• Able to join production shoots when needed to support the team as second director, file management, or general production support.

• Meet deadlines and maintain clear communication during working hours.

Qualifications

• Based in Jabodetabek.

• Own a high-performance laptop suitable for professional video editing.

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, with basic working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.

• Minimum 1 year of professional video editing experience.

• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.

• Able to work full-time Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM WIB.

• Available for occasional offline meetings or production shoots.

• Bonus: Experience with DaVinci Resolve color grading and/or drone camera operation.
