Requirements :
30 - 40 y.o
experience 5 years and above
bachelor degree in Engineering, mechanical/ eletrical field
Excellent communication and delegation skill
willing to travel
good leadership ability
able to work independently
Ability to motivate and lead subordinates and hold them accountable
Job Description :
supervise & monitor engineers in projects sites
conduct product training
work with engineering consultants and building contractors as an expert
Manage day to day division operation
Seek out opportunities in new era
Maintain project timelie to ensure task are accomplished
