Mandarin Speaker (Production Clerk, Production Leader, Product Engineer))

We are seeking a Mandarin Speaker to join our production team in Batam, Riau Islands, Indonesia. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our manufacturing operations. Depending on your experience and capabilities, you will work in one or more of the following capacities: Production Clerk, Production Leader, and Product Engineer. This role is instrumental in ensuring smooth production workflows, maintaining quality standards, and facilitating effective communication between our Chinese headquarters and local Indonesian operations. You will be based on-site and will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency and maintaining our commitment to excellence in packaging production.

• 2-5 years of experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry

• Proven experience in a production clerk, production leadership, or product engineering role within a manufacturing environment

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese (both verbal and written) – essential for effective communication with head office and stakeholders

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Knowledge of production planning systems, ERP software, and scheduling tools

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures

• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and ISO standards

• Physical capability to work on a production floor environment

• Leadership experience or the potential to develop into a leadership role (preferred)

• Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry (preferred)

• understand AUTOCAD for Product Engineer Role.
