IT Manager

IT Manager will oversee lead and manage the Boardriders Indonesia IT team, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient infrastructure and system operations. Oversee hardware, software, and network support while aligning with global IT strategies. Drive performance optimization, vendor management, and cost-effective solutions to support seamless business operations across the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Coordinate and supervise Regional SEA Boardriders IT Team.

·         Identify problematic & implement strategic solutions in time.

·         Communication and coordination with APAC IT Support team.

·         Manages and coordinates all IT related, including hardware, software, computer & device, communication, mobile technology, keep infrastructure/network health, and server.

·         Monitor network utilization & performance implements procedures for network optimization, reliability and availability to make sure all is secure (IT Monitoring).

·         Ensure user request is handle with good and recorder in JIRA IT Support Systems.

·         Built long term relationship with vendors for IT product and service.

As a manager of people, you are accountable for coaching, developing and leading your team to achieve agreed objectives which contribute to the strategic direction of Boardriders. You actively demonstrate the organization’s values and hold your team accountable for their performance and behavior. Through actively mentoring and coaching your employees you achieve high levels of engagement and commitment to the Company, along with ongoing career growth for your team.

•         Other tasks may be assigned from time to time which contribute to the overall success of the company. As an ever-evolving business, your exact responsibilities may change.

KEY MEASURABLES:

·         Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness for IT Department.

·         Perform PC/Laptop upgrades & maintenance to minimize troubleshoot.

·         Ensure all server, network infrastructure, IT device always configured and functioning .

·         Service roster, the service that provide by, or support by the IT Support team, motivating team to handle request with promptly and courteously to the users.

·         Ensure integration plan, process and execution in Indonesia meet expectation, in time and smooth for IT infrastructure.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:

·         Bachelor’s Degree - in Information Technology, Computer Science.

·         Certification: Able to provide certificate as below would be plus

·         ISC2 Candidate – Cyber Security; Security Awareness Fundamental; Avoiding Phishing Scams; Apple Certified Support Professional macOS; Migration between Windows & Mac Computers; English Certificate B1 Intermediate.

·         Skills:

·         Expert in Mac and Windows operating system, Problem solving.

·         Network’s Engineer: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, scheme dan installation.

·         Hardware: problem analytic, installation, server maintenance.

·         DSR (Disaster and Recovery) – Data, Networks Backup and Recovery.

·         Software: create flow and diagram, proper application implementation for users.

·         MS Office 365 expert.

·         Programming: Final Cut Pro, Adobe, VPS, MAMP, XAMPP, JIRA or equivalent, Build Hosting Server.

·         Planning, Analytical, Budgeting, Technical Leadership, Develop & Implement IT Policies, Trainer.

·         Strong personality.
