Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field.
Proficient in SQL, particularly Oracle Database, for data extraction and analysis.
Proficient in data analytics tools such as Python and Microsoft Excel.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify the root cause of problems (Root Cause Analysis).
Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large volumes of data.
Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, or General Ledger processes is an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
Extract and process data from Oracle Database using SQL.
Analyze data to identify discrepancies and anomalies.
Perform data reconciliation related to General Ledger and operational transactions.
Prepare analysis reports along with recommendations for resolution.
Collaborate with Finance and IT teams for data investigation.
Develop queries or analytical methods to improve the efficiency of the reconciliation process.
