Export Import Staff (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

• Manage full-process export customs clearance and import customs clearance, efficiently tracking cargo nodes from shipping schedule to final delivery.
• Operate the Indonesian customs CEISA system for accurate customs declarations, data querying, status tracking, and resolving system alerts.
• Handle the preparation, submission, and progress tracking of Import Approvals (Persetujuan Impor / PI), including monitoring quotas and utilization.
• Audit core trade documents to identify required regulatory permits and compliance mandates.
• Coordinate with clients, customs brokers, shipping lines, ports, and warehouses to facilitate smooth clearance, swiftly resolving operational anomalies such as physical inspections, document amendments, or customs holds.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from any major.  Freshgraduate are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) to seamlessly communicate with Chinese clients, alongside working proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, import/export policies, and direct, hands-on experience operating the CEISA system.
• Preferbaly has knowledge in preparing and auditing shipping documents (CI, PL, B/L, AWB) and managing import permit applications, particularly Import Approval.
• Preferbaly has hands-on experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade operations specializing in Indonesian customs procedures.
