Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies for Huawei solutions.

• Manage the product lifecycle from planning to market execution.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Huawei and distributors.

• Collaborate with Sales and Presales to develop winning solutions.

• Identify market opportunities and customer needs.

• Prepare product positioning and go-to-market strategies.

• Conduct product presentations and customer engagements.

• Deliver product training and sales enablement programs.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Develop pricing strategies and support commercial proposals.

• Coordinate product launches and promotional initiatives.

• Track product performance and recommend improvement plans.

• Prepare regular business reports and sales forecasts.

• Work closely with internal teams to achieve business targets.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related field.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Manager, Product Specialist, or similar role.

3. Strong knowledge of Huawei enterprise solutions.

4. Experience working with ICT vendors or system integrators is preferred.

5. Good understanding of networking, infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise ICT solutions.

6. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

7. Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

8. Able to work collaboratively across multiple teams.

9. Good command of English, both written and spoken.

10. Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

• Huawei HCIA, HCIP, or HCIE certification.

• Experience handling Enterprise or Government customers.

• Experience managing product portfolios.

• Experience preparing business plans and go-to-market strategies.

• Familiar with pricing strategy and vendor management.

• Existing relationships with Huawei ecosystem partners.
