• A builder's mindset — you'd rather ship and improve than perfect and stall

• Some IT or front-end development background, so your designs live in reality, not fantasy

• Real curiosity — personal projects or side work that show you design because you love it

• Strong communication skills — because good design starts with good conversation

• Attention to detail and a collaborative attitude

• Remote-first, but Jabodetabek candidates preferred for easier syncing when needed
