About the role
HRD responsible for managing human resources needs for two business units: Rollands (non-halal restaurant) and The Padel Reserve (sports & recreation).
Key responsibilities
Manage recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interview to employee onboarding
Manage administration and database for all employees
Monitor attendance, tardiness, leave requests, vacation, and employee discipline
Manage employment contracts, correspondence, and employee administrative documents
Prepare and verify data required for payroll process and coordinate with Finance
Conduct monitoring and performance evaluation of employees with respective supervisors/PICs
Handle employee inquiries, complaints, and issues while maintaining good working relationships
Ensure company regulations and policies are properly implemented
Coordinate with each unit regarding manpower needs and recruitment
Support employee training and development processes
About you
Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years experience as HR/HRD
Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or service is an advantage
Understanding of recruitment process, HR administration, attendance, payroll, and basic employment law
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, firm, and able to maintain employee data confidentiality
Able to work independently and coordinate with various teams
Able to manage HR needs for two business units with different operational characteristics
