Engineering Product Manager - Audio Software Music Technology / Audio AI Remote working from anywhereThis is a key role for an Engineering Product Manager to join a music software companyworking on one of the most exciting and popular music production tools on the market. It's a great time to join them as they continue to grow, and establish themselves as one of the most innovative software tools for music producers and songwriters.You'll be responsible for managing a mixed team of engineers (web, frontend, backend) and leading them in the development of new products and features, with a strong emphasis on communication between R&D and the wider business, connecting research with real world product design.You need to have a strong, hands-on software engineering background, a detailed understanding of music production and audio workflow tools, and a great track record delivering innovative software to creative users.Experience leading engineering and product teams in a quickly growing company is a plus.Requirements
- Strong hands-on background in audio or music software development
- Track record delivering commercially successful software tools in a lead role
- Experience working with C++, JUCE, JavaScript and Python
- Detailed understanding of audio processing
- Successful technical leadership and product management experience
- Excellent team motivator, manager and coordinator
- Able to work, lead and collaborate remotely
