Bartender

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join TBS Group in Bali. As a Bartender, you will be the face of our establishment, crafting exceptional drinks and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service and atmosphere that define our venue, whilst contributing directly to guest satisfaction and revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and serve a wide range of coffee drinks (espresso-based & manual brew) and custom cocktails/mocktails following standard recipes and presentation guidelines

• Maintain an engaging and professional demeanour whilst interacting with guests, providing recommendations and building rapport

• Manage bar stock (syrups, coffee beans, fresh fruit, spirits) using strict FIFO (First In, First Out) principles to minimize waste and ensure freshness

• Maintain immaculate cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across the bar area, workstations, and glassware

• Comply with all health, safety and licensing regulations, including responsible service of alcohol

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Bartender, Barista, or Mixologist in a cafe, bar, or restaurant setting

• Strong knowledge of coffee and cocktail preparation techniques

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests from diverse backgrounds

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

• Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are highly desirable
