Brand Marketing Supervisor

Qualifications

1. Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related fields

2. 3-4 years of experience as a brand marketing supervisor/lead in the personal care industry or personal care, preferably in antipespirant/deodorant, sabun, hair care, etc.

3. Experience in managing KOLs and evaluating performance on social media

4. Understanding of digital advertising and CPAS

5. Keen awareness of beauty industry/personal care trends and strong creative sense

6. Creative, communicative, leadership, detail-oriented, and able to work well with a team
   Responsibilities

Responsibilities

1. Manage KOL/Influencer partnerships end-to-end, including selection, negotiation, briefing, content monitoring, timeline management, and performance evaluation.

2. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.

3. Monitor and analyze personal care/beauty trends, converting insights into creative content ideas, campaign concepts, and brand activations.

4. Collaborate closely with digital and media agencies in managing paid ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) and implementing CPAS strategies to drive conversions and sales performance.

5. Plan, organize, and oversee online and offline brand events, product launches, and collaborative activities with partners or communities.

6. Work with cross-functional teams (product, creative, sales) to ensure campaign alignment and brand consistency across all channels.

7. Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

8. Ensure all marketing initiatives are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with brand objectives.
