Corporate Communication Manager

Job Description

PT. Multi Medika Internasional, Tbk. is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Corporate Communication Manager.

The position will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate communication strategies to strengthen the company’s corporate reputation, brand image, media relations, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Corporate Communication strategies and programs aligned with the company’s objectives.

• Manage media relations, public relations, and corporate branding initiatives.

• Develop corporate content for media, websites, social media, and internal communication channels.

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with media and key stakeholders.

• Support Board of Directors/Management communications, corporate events, and strategic initiatives.

• Manage corporate issues and support crisis communication activities.

• Lead the Corporate Communication team and manage external agencies/vendors.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of communication programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Communication, Public Relations, Corporate Affairs, or a related field.

• Proven experience in managerial and team leadership roles.

• Strong communication, public speaking, writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Solid understanding of media relations, digital communication, corporate branding, and crisis communication.

• Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.

• Mandarin proficiency (both verbal and written) is an advantage.

• Strong strategic thinking, proactive mindset, leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively across functions.

• Experience in the FMCG, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Devices industry will be an advantage.
