Villa & Hospitality
📍 Ubud, Bali | Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to lead our growing villa and hospitality operations.
This position requires someone who understands both excellent villa operations and commercial performance — including guest experience, team management, sales, occupancy, revenue, and cost control.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of management experience in villas, hotels, or hospitality.
* Strong knowledge of villa operations, guest service, housekeeping, maintenance, and team management.
* Experience creating and implementing SOPs and operational systems.
* Good understanding of sales, reservations, OTA management, pricing, occupancy, and revenue strategy.
* Strong commercial mindset with understanding of cost control and profitability.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Professional, proactive, organized, and hands-on.
* Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily villa operations and maintain high hospitality standards.
* Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate the operational team.
* Ensure excellent guest experience and handle guest concerns professionally.
* Develop and monitor SOPs and operational systems.
* Monitor reservations, OTA performance, occupancy, pricing, and sales opportunities.
* Work toward revenue, occupancy, and profitability targets.
* Control operational expenses, purchasing, and inventory.
* Monitor property maintenance and overall villa condition.
* Prepare regular operational, sales, and performance reports.
* Achieve agreed company KPIs and business targets.
