WE ARE HIRING — OPERATION MANAGER
Location: Ubud, Bali
Industry: Hospitality & Villa Management
We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Operation Manager to join our team in Ubud.
We are seeking someone who is not only experienced in hospitality operations, but also has strong leadership skills and is committed to building a solid, disciplined, and professional team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee daily villa and hospitality operations
* Ensure operational standards and SOPs are consistently implemented
* Lead, supervise, and develop the operational team
* Build a solid, professional, and responsible team culture
* Coordinate Housekeeping, Engineering/Maintenance, Garden, Pool, Guest Relations, and other operational departments
* Monitor staff schedules, attendance, performance, and productivity
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, property condition, and guest experience
* Handle operational issues and guest concerns professionally and efficiently
* Conduct regular property inspections and quality control
* Prepare operational reports and updates for management
* Control operational expenses and improve efficiency
* Coordinate with management regarding improvements, maintenance, and operational planning
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Operation Manager, Villa Manager, Hotel Manager, or similar managerial position in the hospitality industry
* Strong understanding of villa/hotel operations and hospitality standards
* Strong leadership and people-management skills
* Able to build, train, motivate, and maintain a solid team
* Hard-working, disciplined, responsible, and professional
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Detail-oriented and highly organized
* Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Good attitude, integrity, and professional manner
* Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Familiarity with hospitality booking/management systems is an advantage
* Preferably based in or willing to work in Ubud, Bali
