Live Operations Specialist (Live Ops)

As we grow our e-commerce presence, we’re looking for a Livestream Operations Specialist (Live Ops) to help ensure our livestreams run smoothly and deliver engaging shopping experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate livestream sessions, including camera, lighting, audio, and broadcasting software.
• Work closely with hosts/talents to ensure smooth execution of livestreams. 
• Monitor stream performance and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time. 
• Coordinate product displays, pricing overlays, and on-screen visuals during sessions. 
• Track viewer engagement, comments, and questions, and assist with on-stream moderation or reply. 
• Support post-livestream reporting and performance summaries. 
• Collaborate with marketing, inventory, and fulfillment teams to prepare livestream line-ups and ensure product availability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) or higher with up to 1 year of experience in operating e-commerce livestreams (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, LazLive, etc.). 
• Proficient in spoken and written English. 
• Strong understanding of livestream tools and equipment (e.g., OBS, mobile platforms, lighting, mic setup). 
• Able to multitask, troubleshoot under pressure, and ensure smooth streaming. 
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. 
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and a team player. 
• Basic editing or graphic overlay skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a bonus.
