What you'll be doing :
Facilitate clear technical communication and real-time interpretation between Japanese and national staff.
Assist and provide interpretation support during technical meetings and operational alignments with HQ Japan.
Manage administrative documentation, operational data, testing records, and research reports within Technical Operations.
What we're looking for :
Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Japanese Language/Literature preferred (open to all majors with proven language proficiency).
Mandatory JLPT N2 or N1 certification.
Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Japanese Interpreter / Translator (experience in a manufacturing or R&D environment is a strong advantage).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Willing to be based at Factory 1, Karawang, West Java.
