Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in any major.
Minimum 5 years of experience in General Trade (GT) Sales, preferably in the stationery, FMCG, or consumer goods industry.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
Strong distributor network and customer relationships in Jakarta are an advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willing to travel for business trips within the assigned region.
Job Responsibilities :
Lead and oversee General Trade sales operations in Jakarta and surrounding areas.
Expand distributor networks and develop new business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
Monitor sales performance, inventory, and sales forecasts.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment collection.
Coordinate product distribution, purchase orders, and return processes.
Prepare business reports and lead the regional sales team to achieve business objectives.
