Kualifikasi
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Heavy Equipment Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in the mining contractor industry, with a minimum position of Plant Manager.
Strong analytical skills in plant operations, maintenance processes, and equipment performance management.
Proven leadership abilities with the capability to lead teams effectively and make prompt, accurate operational decisions.
Excellent expertise in maintenance management and development, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures, HR policies and procedures, as well as financial analysis and cost control.
Candidates with extensive experience in the mining industry will be given priority.
Possession of valid BMC and POM certifications is required.
Willing to travel and be assigned to all company project sites as required.
