Business Development Consultant

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Identify and penetrate target segments such as Architects, Consultants, and Contractors through practical and innovative approaches.
• Organize and execute daily sales activities, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
• Generate new customer leads.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from canvassing, quoting and negotiation, to order placement.
• Able to convey the strength of the product over competitor's products.
• Able to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Grow brand awareness and product usage in area of responsibility.
• Maintain a strong relationship with existing customers and update frequently on new product.
• Establish new relationships with architects and contractor, government.
• Being able to bring in existing customer networks and management of concrete decoration will be an advantage.
• Willing to travel outside the city in the area of responsibility.
• Available to start immediately.

Requirements:

• Age 22 to 35 years old
• Diploma / Bachelor's degree 
• Have at least 1 years of sales and marketing experience in the construction or service industry
• Have Driving Lisence (SIM A) is a must
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Preferably with experience in sales in the construction sector
• Has a network in the interior/architecture/construction/contractor segment
• Have objection handling skills
• Have good communication, negotiation, presentation and data analysis skills
• Professional appearance, energetic, has initiative, and likes challenges
