Talent Agent/Model Booker

About the role

As a Booker, you will be responsible for managing models, developing client relationships, responding to enquiries and overseeing the booking process from enquiry through to completion. You will work directly with international brands, advertising agencies, production companies, photographers, creative teams and Mother Agencies around the world.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with brands, advertising agencies, production companies and creative clients

• Respond to booking enquiries and present suitable models for briefs

• Negotiate model rates, usage, booking conditions and production requirements

• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings

• Manage bookings from initial enquiry through to completion

• Manage model availability, schedules and booking logistics

• Build strong relationships with models and ensure they are professionally managed

• Coordinate with clients, models, photographers and production teams

• Work with international Mother Agencies and agency partners
  

About you

• Minimum 2 years' experience in model booking, talent management, casting, production or a closely related role

• Strong knowledge of the modelling, advertising, fashion, beauty or commercial production industries

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong commercial awareness

• The ability to work independently and make decisions confidently

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

• Strong attention to detail

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach

• Confidence communicating with international clients

• Professional written and spoken English
