Requirement:
Min 5+ years of experience and strong background in Marketing/Economic
Bachelor's degree in Management
Experience in Retail Company
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good decision-making and organizational skills
Passion for working with people
Display a positive, professional attitude, and integrity at all times.
Have a very good English and verbal communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
Experience in planning and budgeting, knowledge of business process and functions
Researching and identifying growth opportunities
Understand marketing work matrices and tracking tools to facilitate market research, prediction and analyst markets
Understand marketplace sistem
Experience in Jubelio sistem
Make preparations from the Marketing and Sales side before the product is launched
Looking for new opportunities and/or partners to create new business potential both in the short and long term
Building a successful company image for the Indonesian local market and international market
Implemented performance reviews and motivational strategies to elevate Marketing team results.
Responsible for all daily report, weekly and monthly reports to CEO
Working Hours : Senin - Sabtu
