Key responsibilities
Analyze sales, market trends, and seasonality to forecast demand accurately
Utilize tools to refine commercial forecasts with distributors and channels
Convert demand plans into supply plans, managing daily supplies to minimize waste
Review production and storage capacities to handle fluctuating demand
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and plant teams to achieve targets
Manage demand review meetings within the S&OP process
Oversee phase-in-phase-out (PIPO) to ensure product availability and minimize waste
Develop and review team performance through coaching and mentoring
Foster a collaborative and synergistic corporate culture
About you
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Statistics
6-8 Years in Demand & Supply Planning Field
Proven 3 years in managerial level
Experienced in FMCG Industry
Proficient in Forecasting / Demand Modelling, Statistical Tools, and Inventory Management
