3. Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership
Monitor industry trends, business priorities, operational challenges, transformation needs, and competitor activity relevant to the company's target markets.
Conduct market research and provide market insights to inform positioning, campaigns, and marketing priorities.
Originate ideas and topics for thought leadership content, in collaboration with consultants and Business Development.
4. Events & Marketing Operations
Plan and coordinate webinars, industry events, trade shows, executive forums, and other activities that support brand visibility and demand generation.
Manage event-related promotion, materials, communications, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the marketing budget and coordinate with external agencies, creative resources, vendors, and other partners where required.
Track key marketing activities and performance indicators and use available data to improve marketing effectiveness.

Self-driven and able to run the marketing function independently in a growing organization.
Takes initiative to introduce, create, and improve systems and processes within the marketing function.
Team player, comfortable engaging senior leaders and technical experts to shape content.
Able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders concurrently, prioritizing effectively with minimal oversight.
Strong written and spoken English; additional regional language a plus.
Technical Tools
The Marketing Manager should be comfortable managing the following marketing capabilities and have hands-on experience with relevant platforms:

Experience planning and running events, webinars, or executive forums for a professional or corporate audience.
Experience working directly with subject matter experts or senior leaders to turn technical expertise into market-facing content.
Experience working in a lean, growing team, where the person plans and executes without a team under them.
