APEX Sports Village is looking for a Court Attendant (Tennis / Padel) to join our pre-opening team. This role is responsible for ensuring our tennis and padel courts are clean, safe, well-maintained, and fully prepared to deliver an exceptional experience for members, guests, coaches, and players.
The ideal candidate is passionate about sports, physically active, detail-oriented, and has a strong customer service mindset.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and inspect tennis and padel courts before daily operations, classes, and events.
Ensure courts and surrounding areas are clean, safe, and ready for use.
Check nets, court surfaces, fencing, lighting, and other court facilities.
Assist members, guests, coaches, and players with their basic needs.
Coordinate with the Sports Desk regarding court bookings and schedules.
Prepare and organize tennis/padel equipment, including rackets, balls, nets, and other accessories.
Monitor and report damaged equipment, facility issues, or safety hazards.
Support tournaments, coaching sessions, clinics, and special events.
Assist with mock operations, trial sessions, and soft-opening activities.
Support the Sports Operations team in establishing daily court preparation and operational standards.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sports facilities, tennis/padel clubs, hospitality, or a similar environment.
Experience with tennis or padel operations is highly preferred.
Basic knowledge of tennis/padel equipment and court setup.
Good physical fitness and comfortable working outdoors.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proactive, reliable, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
Previous experience in a pre-opening environment is a plus.
